SSMP
Mini-SMP has a micro-miniature interface , the size is approximately 69% of standard SMP. It is commonly used in miniaturized high frequency coaxial modules. It has two mating types, push-in and snap-in mating styles. It mainly for high-speed signal transmission.
The full locking and smooth hole mating systems provides levels of engagement/disengagement forces. Plugs are available as smooth hole version, which is for push-in technology and backplane applications, and full locking version, all apply for the highest mechanical loads such as thosein aerospace engineering.
