On November 16, 2024, SLK Technologies Ins. successfully held its annual team-building event at the Xiaonongjie Ecological Garden in the Cross-Strait Agricultural City, located in Leping Town, Sanshui District, Foshan City. Themed “Stay True to Our Original Aspirations, Grow Together, Unite Our Efforts to Forge a New Chapter,” the event aimed to strengthen team cohesion, enhance collaboration, and foster mutual understanding among employees. It also provided a much-needed opportunity for relaxation, enabling everyone to return to their daily work more energized and focused.
At 8:00 AM, all employees gathered promptly and boarded buses to the ecological garden. The journey was filled with laughter and lively conversations, reflecting the excitement and anticipation for the day's activities. By 9:30 AM, upon arrival at the venue, the event officially began.
The first part of the day featured a series of team-building exercises. Icebreaker games quickly dissolved any barriers among colleagues, bringing everyone closer together. Following this, three team-oriented challenges — Dragon Fetches Water, Power Circle, and Drum Ball Challenge — unfolded in succession. These activities not only tested teamwork and synergy but also inspired courage and determination when facing challenges. Throughout the activities, SLK employees displayed unity and perseverance, overcoming obstacles together with great enthusiasm.
After the interactive session,Eva Bai , HR Director of SLK, presented awards to the champions of the Dragon Fetches Water and Drum Ball Challenge events. This segment celebrated the success of the activities, further deepening interpersonal bonds and strengthening team cohesion and morale.
Post-lunch, employees enjoyed a period of free time, engaging in leisure activities of their choice. Options included stargazing in tented camps, tea-drinking while camping, off-road go-karting, horseback riding, and archery. These diverse and enriching activities allowed everyone to unwind in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere while fostering closer friendships.
As the evening approached, a delightful BBQ banquet brought the day to a perfect conclusion. Gathered around tables, employees savored delicious food, shared stories, and exchanged laughter, cherishing this rare and joyful occasion.
